Lasting powers of attorney
There are two types of lasting power of attorney (LPA): property and financial affairs, and health and welfare. The fees for either type on its own are the same. The combined option covers both types.

The Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) charges £92 to register each LPA. No VAT is added to this registration fee. The totals above assume the full registration fee is payable; a reduction or exemption may be available depending on your circumstances. See GOV.UK LPA registration fees.
